THANKSgiving to ALL

Students created a thanks giving plate incorporating, 3D art, reading, cutting, writing, crafting, and appreciation of culture and the holiday of appreciation and thanksgiving. Once the craft was complete, we invited the principal to come and have a thanksgiving dinner with us where we learned appropriate table etiquette such as putting a napkin in our lap or colar. Student politely passed around the "dishes" of food reciting phrases such as "pass the corn please." "Do you want corn?" "Yes, please." "Thank you!" "You're welcome". Once everyone had food, we each took our turn to be thankful for something in our lives.
