In 2022 Kindergarten focused on India for World Heritage Day. We delved deep into the modern day culture of the country, studied the country's symbols, culture, traditions and history.

Students did an incredible and famous bollywood dance in front of the entire school.

They created peacocks and lotus flowers, signs, banners, and converted our entire classroom into an Indian market where visitors can visit different stall and do different cultural activities.

The students in kindergarten set up stations for other students to explore when they came to visit "India". We had an immigration station, bindis and bangles, lotus and flag making, finally a mahendi station. Students were very proud and took great ownership of the miniature Indian market we converted our classroom into.
